Respawning change

I found I kept dying rapid fire (ha) because I couldn't get the rhythm of my respawn time because it was so fast and I had little control over it.

A change I found works will in other games is to have the mouse button respawn the player, that way they can prep any of the movement keys they need before re-entering the game.

Also by clicking it gives a starter's gun to start reacting to instead of the current system

By default that feature is bound to "z".
