Agents get -3 AP while on cooldown. 2 turn cooldown".In game however it states "+3 PWR, ALL AGENTS +3 AP. All AGNTS -3 AP DURING COOLDOWN"The two typos are the -3 AP on the first part in the selection screen (agents get -3 AP.) The in-game interface also misspells AGENTS as AGNTS.Steps to Reproduce: Launch a game with Contingency Plan enabled, choose Burst as one of your starting program.
