Issue Title: [Linux] Dedicated Server always starts a new session, cant resume saved world

Issue Description: No matter if I issue c_reset(), c_shutdown() or c_generateworld(), the game will always create a new session while restarting. c_generatenewworld() doesn't even delete the old session. I tried reinstalling the whole server via steamcmd, deleting the saves, tempering with the settings.ini (especially snapshots), starting with or without mod (I just use one mod, which adds some server commands). I attached log.txt, settings.ini and a screenshot of my "sessions" folder.

Steps to Reproduce: Install Linux dedicated server and reset/restart it.

Ich can confirm this bug still being there on Centos 7 (XFS)
