World creation taking an inordinate amount of time

When I try to generate a world, it takes forever, over 20 minutes at the longest.

I've tried restarting both the application and the xbox and it's still not loading.

The world says its day 2 with no character selected sometimes aswell.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a world I guess, it gets stuck on the server is generating world screen.
