Issue when creating a new world

Every time I try to create a new world, and choose from the Forest or Cave Presets using the right analog stick, it always moves twice.

For example, if I flick the right stick on 'Generic Fores", it will usually go to "Together Plus" (two options ahead). Like if I was flicking the analog stick twice, it is really annoying!

Steps to Reproduce
When creating a new world in DST and choosing the option, using the right analog stick makes it do a "double input"

I thought so too, but this doesn't happen on DS on the Xbox. It is also the only part of the creation options that has this issue (selecting less or default enemies/ resources doesn't show this issue). Maybe I should post a video.
