Game Not Able to Load

After updating, my game is no longer able to launch correctly. The starting animation plays as normal, then once it reaches the screen to select an account I am shown the loading screen that simply does not load. It is not frozen - the ..... flashes by in sequence - but half an hour has passed with no change in the loading status. I play via a physical copy on xbox one.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch game
Select "Play!"
Choose "who are you?" for xbox profile

Go to bugs

Close the game, then Restart your Xbox and then if you get a “Which do you want to use?” Screen, always choose “This Console”.

That is how I fix this issue.
