Game crashes when going into caves in splitscreen (Xbox)

When playing splitscreen, if the second player enters a cave, the game crashes. It works fine when the first player enters a cave.

Steps to Reproduce

Be in splitscreen and have the 2nd player go into a cave.

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I have a similar problem. We created new world yesterday and the game keeps crashing. Almost constantly. On launch, when generating world, when we finally get to play we can't go to caves because the game crashes.. I don't know what happened, we've been playing splitscreen for years with just minor issues,but never like this.. :(l

Sorry for the inconvenience. The fix for this issue has been rolled out in the latest patch for the game. More info here:
