Can't Play Game On Xbox

Could you please provide more information (including any possible reproducible steps) for our developers to be able to investigate this further? A screenshot or a picture of the error or crash screen would be much appreciated as well - try to make the photo as clear as possible so we can see the whole screen and read all the onscreen text at the bottom of the screen.
