waterlogged causes some problem

After this update, the basement of my old file has some lag, because it is under the waterlogged. 
I found that when character  get into waterlogged, the animation has some lag, no mater  waterlogged is nutritional or natural.

Thanks for this big update, it kills many problems. 

The last question is that can switch use those characters offline, such as wanda, etc?
