Switch crash progression loss

I’m are unsure of the reasons but there are multiple crashes that happen when I play solo or with people, however that’s not my issue, my problem lie’s with the fact of what happens after. As around 80% of the time when the game crashes I loose progress or the world entirely, and the days I lose can be up to 30 from my experience, which is rather annoying when you have to re do a season because of it  

Steps to Reproduce

Crashing the game on switch (e.g. rowing and sailing simultaneously)
