Frame drops and input delays

I played don't starve on switch and just got don't starve together. There is a noticeable frame dip. When I grab or attack there is a delay. Doesn't matter if I play offline or online.

Steps to Reproduce

If you play Ds Switch edition, there is no delay and no frame drops that I notice.

They’re working on fixing it it’s leg compression it’s enabled by default they’re working on adding a setting to turn it off

The game is laggy and slow to respond, I can't even imagine what it would be like with multiple players and/or a large number of entities. Not playable in any reasonable manner right now.
