Continually crashing on Celestial Champion

Fighting the Celestial Champion on day 1131, game crashes during spin attack in second form, continually crashes during 3rd form. Was crashing occasionally before the fight, but never this regularly. Playing as Wurt. Dying inside because I adore the game, enough to get this far, yet it will not allow me to continue the fight. Please Help!!!!

Steps to Reproduce

Fight Celestial Champion on 1000+ day count world. Get to 2nd or 3rd form.
