Cannot disable Lag Compensation

There’s no option to disable lag compensation and it makes the game almost completely unplayable because kiting mobs becomes nigh on impossible. I have played the game on pc and console before and am familiar with the game mechanics as well as kiting mobs. I’ve been hit by mobs while being far outside of their hit range. Not having the option of turning off lag compensation makes me regret buying the game for the switch as I do not enjoy the game like I am used to.

Steps to Reproduce

Play on any server and try to kite a mob. You will get hit while your player shows being outside of the mobs hit range

The game does not run smoothly, you can take a tallbird that one would hunt right from the start, and you cannot hit it without being stationary, and kiting does not work. The game has regular lag spikes, the character is slow to respond and slow to act, not playable as of now.
