'Voice of the Myriad' skill missing enchantment sound effect

Swarm weapons are now missing the enchantment sound when using them during heavy attacks.

Steps to Reproduce

Equip any swarm weapon
Use an enchanted heavy attack - White flash appears, but no sound effect plays

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Swarm weapons also are missing the 'Press Skill during a Heavy Attack to queue an X on hit' tooltip
