Rook's crow skill doesn't improve crit with floracrane pants

If you equip floracrane pants with rook weapon, the bird summoned won't crit at a higher rate with the pants on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip floracrane pants and rook weapon

2. Bird does not do the crit
