Killing any mini-bosses, such as king bulbin or whammo, don't give on kill effects such as concentrated cure or sanguine kill. This does not apply to regular rot bosses.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Kill a mini-boss with a on-kill power of some sort
2. Notice how nothing happens
