It appears that Creeping Frost does damage to the Hunter if an ice storm is occurring in the Bonechill Quarry area.
Information: I was playing online coop with a friend. He was the host. We were running the Super Frenzy Rook area and I took the Creeping Frost power. Immediately after taking it I noticed that I started taking chip damage any time a storm was going, even if I was in a warm zone. This chip damage occurred very quickly and killed me rapidly. I haven't attempted to reproduce it but the details I have provided should make it possible for you to replicate it if necessary.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
