Use a Swarm weapon with the skill voice of the myriad on any flying enemy (mossquito, eye-v, etc) and notice how they don't take constant ticks of damage. I assume this is for flying enemies can't take poison damage until they fall on the ground, by being knocked down, is being applied unintentionally to this skill.
Steps to Reproduce
Use voice of myriad on flying enemy, note they don't take any damage unless knocked down.
