All the spin stacks will be instantly gone if the wearer take a hit. It's strange that there's no description about this situation anywhere. So I'm confused that it's intentional or not thus decided to post it here.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Wear Torchfly Goggles and gain stacks of spins.
2. Take a hit from anything.
3. The stacks will be reset.
