Despite Snobball's snowball throwing is considered as a projectile, it does not trigger Boarfrost Cloven Booties when the wearer perfect dodge the snowballs.
Test video with 100% Projectile Damage Resistance :
The player receives 0 damage due to the 100% projectile protection, so it's certain that the snowball is considered as a projectile, at least.
This bug also applies to the snowball of Imbued Snobballs and Snowball anomaly.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Wear Boarfrost Cloven Booties.
2. Perfect dodge Snobball's snowball projectile.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
