Description as title says. The First One's Free power still shows up in solo gameplay even when I was wearing Quetzi Waist Guard. Sadly it was worthless.

1. Wear Quetzi Waist Guard

2. Gain First One's Free Power

3. Obtain any power that can be upgraded
