Gourdo hat + Mothball pants should heal 32, but only 24 in the screenshot. It broke since the last fortification update.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wear mothball pants

2. Heal others in multiplayer

3. The mothball pants +40% healing bonus doesn't apply
