If a ghost hit a player while they have a piece of gear/power that "freezes the rot that damaged the player" they will be frozen.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Wear a collo helm or have the power that freezes and creates an ice prison around the rot
2. If a ghost hits you while wearing these they will be frozen
