My name is Yan and I work with community management, purchase and billing/account-related inquiries and support requests here at Klei; thanks for checking with us.
 
First of all, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with a purchase. If you have recently purchased skins or bundles for Don't Starve Together from the in-game shop, and are not able to find the items in-game, here are a number of troubleshooting steps that can help:
 
1. Did you purchase the Bolt Chest on the SAME PSN account that you use to play Don't Starve Together? Please be aware: purchases of Bolt Chests only apply to the PSN account that the Bolts are purchased on. Because Bolts are consumable, they CANNOT be shared between PSN accounts on the same PlayStation console. Only the PSN account that purchased the Bolts will be able to access them in their in-game account.
2. Have you fully restarted your PlayStation device? Sometimes, when the game doesn’t fully restart, it won’t be able to connect to our item servers properly. To fully restart your PlayStation:
    > Fully exit the game, and fully shut down / power off (not sleep mode) the PlayStation console system;
    > From there, turn on the console again and launch Don't Starve Together;
    > Log in to your Don't Starve Together game account;
    > Check your in-game Shop to see if the Bolts show up now.
3. Could you clarify for us if you purchased this Bolt Chest from the in-game shop OR did you purchase the Bolts Chest from the PlayStation Store, using a web browser on your phone or a computer?
4. Could you please provide us with a screenshot or picture of the KU_ID displayed in-game for you?
> To find your Klei User ID on PlayStation, launch Don't Starve Together, and in the main menu go to Options > More > take a clear and readable picture/screenshot of the screen including your Klei User ID.
5. Could you please provide us with the receipt/invoice that you received from Sony PlayStation after successfully purchasing the Bolt Chest? You would have received this via email from Sony after completing the purchase.
 
Once we have more information, we can take a further look.
