No wormhole to Lunar Grotto on Retrofitted world

Can you submit your save file? This is the first time the issue has been reported and we'd like to take a look at your world.

There is only one file (Adventure Journal) accessible on the PS4 in the saved data management, but it is 67mb which far exceeds the max allowable upload size of 4.88mb.  I saved the file to my google drive accessible via the following link:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qGbxYBJaZABUg8Xu40oDEEjzW_7PaqfI/view?usp=sharing

My world is 3500+ days is there another way to re-force the retrofit?

I just researched the surrounding areas and found the wormhole in a nearby slimy turf biome.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Thanks!
