Lost dlc characters

Basically on ps5 the character i weaved for example wortox and wanda they are just gone and the game is telling me to weave them again please look into it

Steps to Reproduce

I just logged off after the update the next day I logged on and my characters were just gone

Hi there, sorry for the delay in replying. Have you logged into your Klei account on the website and checked the transactions? If would show when the characters were woven and if they were unwoven again. You can find the information on this page if you log in with the PSN account that wove the characters.

Also, are you playing with more than one PSN account? Characters and items are specific to one account, they aren't shared, so they can only be used by the account that wove or received them.
