Cannot complete "Green Thumb" achievement when garden registry was 100% complete in ps4 version and uploaded to ps5 version

This also includes all the fertilisers. Have you done all of those? 

Try planting some crops and researching them with the gardeener hat or with some fertilisers and see if the trophy unlocks or progresses your tracker. 

I had one missing (32/33) fertiliser in my ps4 save (Wurt exclusive) and upon making it and researching on ps5 (after downloading the save), the trophy unlocked for me. 

Edit: Somebody already reported this and @CharlesB said that if you’ve completed the ps4 registry, you might have to completely redo it for the ps5 version to get the trophy. Unless, as in my case, it’s incomplete then the ps5 version seems to track it. Same goes for the cookbook.

Hello, yes I had completely done the fertilizers aswell before I uploaded it to the ps5 and I will take into consideration of the fact that I may have to restart but if this is fixable then for now I will deal with it.

With the cookbook though I was able to make one thing and it instantly track that since I had already completed it in the ps4 version aswell and uploaded it to ps5
