2nd player in a split screen world doesn't have skins in offline mode

Fixed

My brother and I play split screen on PS5. Whenever we log in to our offline world, I (player 1) get all my skins available while my brother (player 2) doesn't have any of his skins. The skins he has aren't newly purchased, and they work perfectly whenever he plays on public servers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in offline with 2 players in split screen format

2. Observe as skins for player 1 are while skins for player 2 aren't active

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
