Not getting sanity boost from flowers

It seems to happen most when running and I come across a field of flowers, I usually pick several without receiving a sanity boost for every flower picked.

Steps to Reproduce
Playing as Wx-78 picking flowers doesn't give sanity boost
Go to bugs

Thanks for the report.

I had a look and can confirm that it at times appears you do not get he sanity boost. You do get the actual boost (the number goes up as you can see when pressing R2), but the visual feedback at times isn't there. We're investigating.
