While loading up a new offline world on survival mode, the game stopped and loaded an error message. During the character selection stage, selecting "go" will cause this rarely.

Select 'play' at title screen> select 'play offline' while loading> select 'host game'> select 'new world' slot> select 'social'> make desired world changes, launch world> select character> select 'go'

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
