Window object collision is smaller than visual

One of structures on the map contains 2x3 stylized window. Only lower 2x2 tiles are considered occupied, upper 2 tiles behave as free - you can even plan construction there despite being covered by window visual model.

Steps to Reproduce

- load attached save file or use game with that structure present

- hover cursor on upper window tiles or try building something there
