Wheezeworts not generating radiation

What versions are you using? I do not have this problem with build 472345. Could you share your save file so we can have a look if this problem also happens with others?

I have tried everything I know how to try, and with the help of some other redditors over the past 3 days I have troubleshot everything that I can.

Here is the initial problem

Wheezeworts are supposed to generate radiation. Makes getting material science done a lot easier. None of the wheezeworts on any of my saves generate any radiation.

I have disabled all mods
I have started atleast 2 dozen new games.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game

Nothing fixes the radiation issue with my current saves.

However, since reinstalling the game. My games no longer have wheezeworts at all. I have tried the starting asteroid, and the 2nd one. 6 new worlds. HUGE ice biomes. Not a single Wheezewort to be found. I disabled the DLC and I have wheezeworts in the classic game but none in the DLC. 

I Fixed this part by uninstalling the game, removing all local files and then reinstalling. I now have Wheezeworts in my new saves again.

Here is an existing save, and a new save. I couldnt upload them because I am restricted to 4.88 mb or less. So I provided a download link to my Google Drive.
