Before this patch, a critter in a liquid with a mesh tile above it would not drown.
Now, they do drown.
While such a change isn't unreasonable, I am thinking it might be a bug, as there was no patch note relating to changing the drowning rules for these critters, though it might be related to the following change:

Note that I don't know if the liquids underneath are necessary, but that is the setting I found this to be happening in.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create the structure in the image pre and post patch
- Add critters like pips, slicksters, hatches.
- Observe that the pre-patch critters do not drown and the post-patch critters drown.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
