Unable to collect 10 unique terrestrial artefacts

Due to high duplication rate of Office Mug artifact it is imposible to get achievment Cosmic Archaeology (collect 10 unique terrestrial artifacts)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download Steam official release build U38-487396-S
2. Start New game on Wooded moon, coords: FRST-C-1069431867-1M3
3. Make your way to start collecting terrestrial artifacts ignoring POIs
4. Observe 2-3 planetoids in row full of duplicated Office Mug artifacts

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Yep, something is still weird with artifacts. I also noticed some pedestals spawn multiple artifacts on top of each other (not only mugs):

I saw that quite a lot on guaranteed artifact POIs on different planetoids.
