Telescope rebuilt in space allows continued exploration from ground

I rebuilt a telescope inside the capsule mid-flight. I explored a couple new tiles then returned my rocket to the launchpad.

I noticed that my crew was able to continue discovering new tiles from the ground that should not be in range. The telescope was able to discover new tiles as if it was still in the location where I rebuilt it.

The issue resolved itself after a cycle or two. I was able to discover 2 or 3 new tiles from the ground.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Using telescope, discover all tiles within range from original asteroid(s).
  2. Fly rocket out to edge of discovered tiles (2 tiles out).
  3. Build a new telescope within capsule.
  4. Discover a new tile.
  5. Return to launchpad.
  6. Your crew is able to discover more tiles after landing that should only be discoverable from location where telescope was built. (I was able to discover 2 or 3 more)

User Feedback

the problem with telescope that it does not update its status when it is moved with the rocket. If it is built in a rocket stationed on the fully explored asteroid, even if it is moved to the space it still shows that the area is fully discovered.

If it is to make a period check for movement status it may add unnecessary load to the game processing? As long as people know to deconstruct and construct again to change the status it works.
