Suiting up doesn't work properly

Making a duplicant wear non-default clothing has various results.

I put black gloves and orange shoes to Mi-ma

Making her wear the purple polyester outfit, defaults her to the original orange gloves and black shoes every duplicant wears.

In addition the belt of the purple polyester is not shown unless I reassign to her my chosen outfit

If I put a snazzier suit to her that will hide gloves and shoes parts and try to reassign her with my chosen outfit, the default dupe belt and my assigned shoes show up.
  

Putting her on overalls and reassign outfit, seems to have the same effect: default belt, my chosen shoes, overall's gloves.
    

Same for classic cummerbund clothes, citrus spandex, pompom and cubist knit.

Pink unitard doesn't show a belt unless you reassign the outfit of the duplicant. None of the parts change but now the belt is shown correctly
