The "copy settings" command only copies the settings for what a storage bin can contain. The name gives the impression it will copy all the settings, but if a storage bin has disable disinfect active then that setting isn't copied over.
Steps to Reproduce
Set a storage bin to disable disinfect.
Use "copy settings" to copy over the storage bin settings to another storage bin.
