Spontaneous Duplication of Nuclear Waste

I have a pool of Nuclear Waste that my dupes can pull from with a Pitcher Pump; but periodically, the amount of waste in the pool will spontaneously increase, with no apparent trigger to cause it.

Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure how to reproduce this issue, but I've included video of it happening and my save file to try to help diagnose it.

I believe it's the pitcher pump (thought by the game as a storage). It spills out nuclear waste every 1 cycle like reservoirs do but the puddle below it doesn't reduce so... more nuclear waste

I made a fountain of it a while back... :-D
