I've now had at least 2 instances of space scanners failing to close the doors because the expected signal just didn't come. I'm noticing it's happening on mod(10)=1 cycles, with autosaves set to every 5 cycles. The first time it was on a baator (mod)-specific planetoid, which gets showers like the regolith planetoid - most don't show up on the starmap, but should give warning through the scanner.

The 2nd instance is on a planetoid that should be unmodified - the regolith planetoid, but it's the shower that's even visible on the starmap:

I've not been able to reproduce it on an unmodded map - just guessing it's happening on reload, as IIRC the incursions don't happen during long play sessions. Apologies for the massive save files.
Possibly related:
Unclear - have a meteor shower incoming in < 200 seconds, save and reload, and maybe you'll hit the bug. Maybe not.
