After exploring a zone, some blocks remain in fog of war and unknown, and cannot be interacted with. This happened more than once in two different games.

I got the same thing, with exactly the same positional relationship to a cool salt slush geyser (from the left geyser neutronium it was 6 up and then 2 and 3 left).
