Solid Nuclear Waste Not Searchable Under Resources Tab, Nor Selectable In Storage Bins

You're unable to sweep solid nuclear waste as you cannot select it for storage bins.

Steps to Reproduce

Use a radbolt engine to produce "Nuclear Fallout" (gas). If you are doing this in space, the fallout will condense into "Nuclear Waste" (liquid) and eventually solidify into "Solid Nuclear Waste" (solid). Unfortunately you cannot select solid nuclear waste in the storage bin menu. So you cannot sweep it.
