Slow Mod Menu

Mod Menu scrolling lags the Game out. Navigating through it is really slowed down.
Mainly happens when Dupe action is present.

I am not sure what causing it.

Edit: Just as Information there is the AddOn Modlist and Keep all Mods updated loaded. I can reproduce it without too. Those do not cause the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Start Oni.
Wait for Dupe actions on Screen
Go into mod Menu and Scroll through (way too many mods because they are awsome.)
