when using the Skill Scrubber on a duplicant that has a "skilled" buff from printing, the skill is not preserved

Steps to Reproduce

print a duplicant with some sort of "skilled" buff, then use skill scrubber

I have found this to be an issue as well.  I honestly feel like I want to start a new game as I don't want to give my dupe all the skills necessary to get their "skilled" skill (it was Mechatronics Engineering) and my dupe has bottomless stomach.
