I wanted to plant some plume squash on an asteroid to feed Experiment 52B, but the 'Plant' button was greyed out. I determined that this was because the seeds were in my rocket (which was landed) rather than on the asteroid itself. I was able to use "Copy Settings" from another asteroid to order one seed planted, but that is unintuitive and annoying. Here is a video to see the bug in action.
There's also some mealwood seeds somewhere in the rocket, but I didn't want to look for them in the video.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a seed only exist on a landed rocket interior for an asteroid
- Try to plant the plant
- Move plant out of rocket interior
- Try to plant the plant
