Round trip doesn't work for artifact-only trips

Expected: sending a rocket that can't mine a PoI, but can harvest an artifact, on a round trip, will make it go back as soon as it grabs the artifact.

Got: the rocket fails to turn around, doesn't even show "Flight status" in tooltip.

Steps to Reproduce

Send a rocket with artifact module on a round trip to a PoI with an artifact

Having a similar issue sending an automated rocket using the Robo-pilot to a space mining POI. Once done mining it doesn't return and I have to manually interfere to fix it. Made a more in depth explaination on a reddit post. I might add this is on the newest branch and on windows.
