Messing with the change out rocket and it added a couple too many
Steps to Reproduce
had original basic nosecone, switched to solo spacefarer nosecone, background then grew taller than normal, switched back to basic nosecone, it set it on top of the other nosecone, added another and it put it under the solo nosecone and pushed it onto the first basic nosecone
