Rocket takes-off without oxidizer

I don't know if it's intended, but I can launch rocket with sugar engine to the orbit without an oxidizer tank at all. Despite the fact rocket can't move a single tile anyway and only can land back down. If I get it right from other posts sugar engine must be paired with oxidizer.

Steps to Reproduce

Build rocket with sugar engine and nosecone module.

Choose orbit of original planet as destination.

Launch.

Go to bugs

Out of interest sake, when launching, did you happen to click "acknowledge warnings" and then launch?
