Rocket platform height issue

If you build a rocket platform too close to the upper end of the map, it will still accept the rocket, but then it will become like this:

You can't move the rocket after the landing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build a rocket platform near the upper end of the map.

2. Land a tall rocket from the orbit on that platform
