When deconstructing a rocket module and thus moving the remaining modules, positions of their tooltips on overlays are not updated.
For example, the screenshot shows a rocket battery energy tooltip floating well above current position of the battery.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a rocket with a petroleum engine and a battery. 2. Open electricity overlay. 3. Note the position of the energy tooltip. 4. Deconstruct the petroleum engine, moving the battery downwards. 5. Open electricity overlay and notice that the tooltip position did not change.
