Rocket can't be lauched if there is a checklist warning and launch is automation controlled

Hi there !

So, it seems to be impossible to launch a rocket when having a checklist warning if the launch is fully automated. Here, I had only enough fuel to do a one way trip (which was intended), however, I had no way to bypass the warning and had to load the "missing" fuel in order to be able to launch the rocket.
